Petite Princess is a bi-monthly publication that contains both series and oneshots. The content generally straddles the line between shoujo and josei, with a couple of very young skewing shoujos and usually 2 or 3 smutty selections. I went to Bookoff and Kinokuniya in Costa Mesa California today. This Bookoff also sells a lot of stuff you’d find at a garage sale, but there is more manga than at the San Diego store. in 2014 I set out to read more manga in Japanese and explore more Josei. I explored some of the more traditional shoujo magazines from Shueisha, Kodansha, and Shogokugan. I started reading Betsuma, The Margaret, Friend, The Dessert, Betsucomi, and Betsucomi DX. I gave some josei magazines at chance, but ultimately found that Cocohana, Flowers, Feel, & Belove didn’t hold
